Chair Yoga with Jeni Smith
Wednesday, June 22 at 2 pm Practice a seated and standing Vinyasa flow, using a chair as support. After an energizing flow, we will stretch before practicing deep relaxation with guided meditation. Jeni Smith, RYT-200, owner of Good Wolf Yoga, has been guiding yoga since 2014.
