Helpful Hints for Managing Your Medications

Medications may be helpful in managing or preventing health conditions. Yet there are challenges in taking multiple drugs – prescriptions from different physicians, remembering what each drug is for, when and how to take them and potential drug interactions. Jeri will also give suggestions on how to safely stop a medication or cut down on the dosage and how to dispose of drugs and used needles.
Jeraldine M. Kohut, RN, BS, MA, NHA, Community Liaison for Cathedral Village, offers suggestions and tips on how to manage your medications. She will be happy to answer your questions.
