Join your neighbors for a special walk.  We'll walk the Cynwyd Heritage Trail on the old Cynwyd Regional Rail Line, and cross the iconic Manayunk viaduct, with views of the Schuylkill River and Manayunk.

Afterwards, some of us may go to the Landing Kitchen along the river for lunch. Sandwiches and salads are around $12 to $15.

Weather:  Bundle up! It should be sunny but chilly, around 45 degrees.  It could be blustery, especially on the bridge.  We don't have to go all the way across the bridge if the wind is too harsh.

Accessibility: The walk is two miles round-trip, with occasional places to rest.  The trail is paved and flat.

Getting there:  Meet at the Falls Library Garden at 10 AM to carpool (drivers and passengers must be masked, vaxxed and boosted), or at the Barmouth trailhead at 10:15.  It's at the end of Levering Mill Rd., Bala Cynwyd, past West Laurel Hill Cemetery [click for Google Map].
