First in Fred Vincent's 2019-2020 series, Explore Philadelphia, will be a walk through Center City east, where the Fashion District opens.

We'll take the 9:48 train from East Falls SEPTA station.

We will lunch at the fashion district food court.

Fred has served as a Philadelphia guide for Road Scholars when they are in town.  The Village is fortunate to benefit from  his knowledge of the city and his enthusiasm for Philadelphia as he shows us around its many neighborhoods.  He makes it lots of fun.  Do join us!
