Accepts donations of gently used clothing, household items, small appliances, electronics, books, furniture under 50 pounds. You can designate the value of your donation to the Red Cross, National Federation of the Blind, Purple Heart, or the St. Vincent de Paul Society - or whichever charity needs more. Do not pick up in Philadelphia.

People post items with pictures. Most say “To Give” and say that items will be left on the porch or sidewalk and given the exact or generic (on Midvale near the Library) for pick up. In some cases, they ask for people to reply and arrange for a pickup time or they will have a drawing if several people are interested,
NextDoor
Need to join NextDoor. The App’s and website's Home Pages have a For Sale icon. There are sections for Free plus categories (home decor, baby & kids, furniture, electronics) and Just Listed. Posting an item for sale is easy - first take a picture of the item you are selling, then tap the For Sale tab, follow the prompts and add the picture you have saved on your phone. Add the dimensions of the furniture you are selling.
