It's been six years since we had lunch at Philadelphia's first (and maybe only?) Tibetan restaurant! We're going back this month to sample this cuisine with it's Chinese and Indian influences as well as uniquely Tibetan dishes. They're famous for their handmade momos - dumplings with many different fillings. And don't worry, they've toned down the spiciness. Not feeling adventurous? They do have some familiar Chinese and Indian dishes.
