How to Make Friends When You're Over 60 - And How to Revitalize Old Friendships

Being older is a new and challenging experience. It brings with it many losses - the loss of loved ones, loss of friends, loss of health and loss of purpose.  And yet, we are still alive and vital, and we need warm, loving connections with other people.

Claudia Apfelbaum, LCSW, will lead this workshop, where we will explore how we can create new friendships and how can we revitalize the old ones. Come to this session on Fri. Sept. 19 at 1 pm at the Falls Library, 3501 Midvale Ave.

Accessible. Enter by walkway from Warden Drive, near mailbox.
