The classes are gentle yoga, and the instructor, Shiva Das, has experience teachingyoga to all ages – and folks with joint replacements, arthritis, etc. He can adapt posesand as he says: “If it hurts, don’t do it!” Each class begins and ends with breathing and relaxation.
Participants will receive a Zoom link each week – from Shiva Das (innerfireyoga108@gmail.com).
Register and pay with a credit card for the Thursday Chair Yoga series on the January16 entry on the East Falls Village Calendar of Events.
MEMBERS: Please log in to your East Falls Village account or you will be charged a $3 technology fee from Club Express.
The fee for the series is $55.
