Presenter is John Teague, EdD, Philadelphia Office of the Controller, Community Outreach Coordinator.
 
The FBI's "Annual Elder Fraud Report" indicates that senior citizens have reported fraudulent losses of more than $3.1 billion over the past several years. These financial losses can completely wipe out retirement savings when people need it the most to maintain a reasonable quality of life.
 
Philadelphia City Controller, Christy Brady, and staff of the Controller's Office are committed to helping senior citizens stop elder fraud abuse. Attend this important session to understand more about elder financial fraud.
