Winter Chair Yoga
Thursdays, 2 to 3 PM, 1/22/26 to 3/26/26

The chair yoga may be done while seated, and standing behind the chair. Shiva Das, the instructor, has experience teaching yoga to all ages – and folks with joint replacements, arthritis, etc. He can adapt poses and, he says: “If it hurts, don’t do it!” Each class begins and ends with breathing and relaxation.
Register and pay with a credit card for the Thursday Chair Yoga series on the 1/22/26 entry on the East Falls Village Calendar of Events. The fee for this series is $50.
