Have you wondered what yoga is like? What yoga is like on Zoom? Did you make a New Year’s Resolution to get more fit?
Sign up for this FREE class with our instructor Lillian Rozin!
If you don’t have a yoga mat, lie on a rug. And if you don’t have a strap, use a dog leash or a sash for the leg stretching!
