Directions: From City Line, turn right onto Belmont Ave.  In 0.8 miles, enter second gate on  the right.  As you pass the funeral home, look for small "Conservatory" signs. A little after the funeral home, you will also see a faint dashed white line in the road to the conservatory.  Lost?  Call Roger, 267-259-9029.

Allergy alert:  There are bees in Nature's Sanctuary and hives nearby, but plenty to see elsewhere in the cemetery.


The previous week, we're having a Zoom presentation on Green Burials at West Laurel Hill Cemetery.  Now we'll visit the cemetery across the river in person, strolling its lovely grounds.  We won't know in advance if we can wander Nature's Sanctuary, the green interment area - we wouldn't want to intrude on a burial service - but there's plenty to see elswhere.

We are not providing carpooling during COVID, so you will need to arrange your own transportation. We'll send you an email with directions and a meeting point.

Please register here on line or at 267-444-4507 (M-F, 9-6), so we can keep track of numbers, and let you know if weather presents a problem.  Masks are required.

Accessibility:  Paved roads in good repair with gentle slopes.  Feel free to drive through the cemetery if you're not up to a long walk.
