Attendees pay for their own charges
Jennifer Zwillig, Curator of Artistic Programs, will lead us on a private tour of the Clay Studio.  We will have an optional lunch at The Plough and the Stars before our tour.

The Plough and the Stars (N 2nd Street between Market and Chestnut) is "Philadelphia's premier Irish pub".  This is a "solid Irish pub with delicious food".  "Great atmosphere and food.  This place is just awesome."

The Clay Studio inspires curiosity and discovery around the art and craft of clay.  Artists from all over the world cultivate their craft here.  The permanent collection features notable works by the Clay Studio's resident artists.

Our tour will last about an hour, with time for browsing in the shop.

Parking, discounted by the Studio, is available in a nearby lot. 

Meet at the library to carpool at 11 if you would like to join us for an 11:30 lunch at Plough and the Stars. Or if you prefer to skip lunch, at the Clay Studio for our tour at 1.
