The East Falls Village Civic Engagement Committee has arranged a special showing of the School District of Philadelphia's Volunteer Video in the Mifflin Library. 

Mifflin volunteers staffing the library or participating in the Read to Me! program are invited to come and watch the  video.  Mr. John Holland, the Family Engagement Liaison, for the School District of Philadelphia will present the video and certificates for the completion of this activity.  

If you have already watched the video, come anyway and meet Leslie Maison, the school's principal, and Michelle Carpenter Shaw, the school's lead teacher.. 

Before the video, the Good Reads Great Readers series will be explained and demonstrated for Read to Me! volunteers.
