The nonprofit Print Center, on Latimer Street, is  recognized as a significant and internationally respected gallery, an art education provider, and an artists' advocate.  It is known for supporting emerging and established artists; developing unusual and intriguing programs; and
making art accessible to the community.

In 1942, The Print Center donated its collection of prints to the Philadelphia Museum of Art which formed the core of its print department.

The Print Center programs are multidisciplinary and inclusive, and include solo and group exhibitions.

The Gallery Store offers the largest selection of contemporary prints and photographs available for sale in Philadelphia.

The current exhibitions are: James Siena: Resonance Under Pressure, and New Typographics: Typewriter Art as Print.

Admission to The Print Center and the tour is free.

Numbers for our private tour, led by Curator Ksenia Nouril,  are limited, so please register promptly either here on line or at 267-444-4507 (M-F, 9-6).

Meet at the library to carpool at 10:15, or if you prefer at The Print Center, 1614 Latimer Street at a little before 11 for our tour.
